Pravila otkazivanja termina i nedolaska

Kako bismo osigurali najvišu razinu usluge te poštovali vrijeme naših klijenata i našeg tima, molimo Vas da se pridržavate sljedećih pravila:

Termini otkazani manje od 24 sata prije zakazanog vremena bit će naplaćeni 50% vrijednosti rezervirane usluge.

U slučaju nedolaska bez prethodne obavijesti, bit će naplaćeno 100% vrijednosti rezervirane usluge.
Ova pravila omogućuju odgovorno upravljanje rasporedom i dostupnost termina drugim klijentima.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure the highest level of service and to respect the time of both our clients and our team, we kindly ask you to observe the following appointment policy:

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the booked service.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the booked service will be charged.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule responsibly and offer availability to other clients.
